Julie Busboom, BS, MBA, founded BOOMCOM in 1998. She focuses on coordinating resources to delivery truly exceptional results for clients. With a base in pharmaceutical sales, she worked for a specialist marketing and branding division of a medical marketing company, Excerpta Medica, in Washington DC and Europe. Julie is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), AZ.

Gavin Maitland, BA, CA, MBA, has worked for a number of international companies, including TNT Express Worldwide and APP Group. He has delivered corporate programs to a range of companies across sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals to telecommunications. Gavin holds a bachelors degree from the University of Dundee, an MBA from the London Business School, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Colorado at Denver, where he teaches on the MBA program.

Gale Moore, BS, spent seven years with Eli Lilly, specializing in insulin therapy/ diabetes, oral and injectable antibiotics, and seven years with Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics (now Roche Diagnostics). She has worked with all aspects of diabetes management, including patient care and liaison with physician specialists and support personnel. Gale has a BS in Microbiology from Colorado State University.
